The site does not fit a phone screen.
What I sawhughesand.co.uk is built as a fixed-width table layout with no viewport setting, so a phone renders it at desktop width and shrinks it to fit. A prospective client looking you up on a mobile has to pinch and drag sideways to read the contact details, and the navigation sits in a strip fixed at 595 pixels wide that does not reflow. Most people choosing a solicitor now do that first look on a phone, and the first impression is of a site that was set up a long time ago and left.
What the rebuild doesThe rebuild is responsive by default. On a phone the layout reflows into a single readable column, the navigation collapses into a clean menu, and the phone number and the three solicitors are reachable in one tap. On a desktop it opens out to a calm, full-width page. The same content, legible on whatever the client is holding.
